Note: Candidates should ensure all eligibility conditions are met before applying.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates who have completed Graduation / Post Graduation
• Final year students with minimum 60% marks can also apply
• Candidates from recognized Indian Universities / IIT / NIT / IIIT / AICTE approved institutes
• Foreign Engineering Degree holders recognized by Government of India may also apply

Indian Navy SSC IT: NCC Relaxation

NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders may receive 5% relaxation in cut-off marks for SSB shortlisting subject to conditions:

• NCC ‘C’ Certificate with minimum Grade B
• Minimum 2 years service in NCC Senior Division
• Certificate issued after 01 January 2024

How To Apply Online: Indian Navy SSC IT

• 1. Go to the official website: joinindiannavy.gov.in.

  2. Click on the “Register” button on the top right.

  3. Choose to register either with your Aadhaar Virtual ID or without Aadhaar (using alternative Government IDs).

  4. Fill in your primary details (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID) and create your account. Verify your account using the OTPs sent to your email and phone.

  Step 2: Profile Completion

  1. Log in using your registered Email ID and Password.

  2. Select your permanent state and fill out your complete profile data.

  3. Enter your educational scores semester-by-semester (or year-by-year) matching your engineering/degree marksheets.

  Step 3: Upload Documents

  Ensure you keep clear, legible scanned copies of the following documents ready before uploading:

  • Matriculation (Class 10) Certificate (for DOB proof).

  • Class 12/Diploma Marksheet.

  • All semesters of your Graduation/Post-Graduation marksheets.

  • Recent passport-size color photograph (with a light background).

  • Scanned signature.

  Step 4: Branch Preference & Final Submission

  1. Navigate to the “Current Opportunities” section in your dashboard.

  2. Click on “Officer Entry – SSC Executive (IT) January 2027 Course”.

  3. Review the auto-filled details, read the declaration fields, and click “Submit”.

  4. Download PDF: After submitting, download the final application form and print a copy. Your application status should read “Submitted”.

Indian Navy SSC IT: Selection Process

Medical Standards

Candidates recommended by SSB must undergo medical examination as per Indian Navy standards.

• No relaxation in medical standards
• Change of medical centre is not permitted
• Tattoo and physical standards rules applicable as per Navy norms

Training Location

• Selected candidates will undergo training at:
• Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala
• Training commencement: January 2027
